Was not unlocked!!!
I put a prepaid SIM card in the phone and activated my service over the phone gave them my imei number and they said it was “activated” but it wasn’t when I put the SIM card in the phone a message pops up asking for MEP code which the seller never provided. I even went to T-Mobile to get a new SIM card and get help from one of the workers who “activated” my service again only to get hit with the same MEP password. Not only did I waste my time buying a defective phone, but I’m also out of the money I spend on the SIM cards and getting the service activated I won’t get that money back. Waste if they are selling “unlocked” phones they should be unlocked already, I should have to go to YouTube to try to watch videos or even pay a website for the MEP code. But I don’t see a point of them saying it’s unlocked to any carrier and you can’t use the network settings. Very disappointed!!!

Great PHone
I like Blackberry. Too bad the stopped making phones. AT&T is not fond of me putting another blackberry on their system. They actually turned off my Dtek60 without telling me. Anyway. Thanks for the phone. works great

Better Than KeyTwo
For the price difference go with the KeyOne over the KeyTwo. You will loose out on applications as they don't house them all for Blackberry. Solid, slim, sturdy phone with impressive features.

Do NOT BUY! Dishonest seller!!!
I purchased the "Blackerry KeyOne" .... It DOES NOT run on the ATT network as seller stated!!! I waited almost 3 wks for this phone after ATT shut down 3 G networks! This is "supposed” to work per ATT! But this PHONE is a TMobile phone which will NOT work on ATT.I am NOT being refunded the FULL amount of purchase! I am being charged Restocking fees after the seller was dishonest about which network it would work on!! Taxes paid are NOT correct as well!DO NOT purchase from this seller!!!!

Blackberry didn't work on AT&T, but seller Discount Cellular was stellar.
Ordered a KeyOne Blackberry to contend with AT&T 2G shutdown. This device did not activate on AT&T, so seller Discount Cellular graciously took it back for a full and prompt refund.I'm not sure any Blackberries will work with AT&T.

Not Happy
I bought this used refurbished Blackberry for my Brother because he loves Blackberry but can't afford a Brand New one.Worst decision ever. After fully charging the phone, it turned on for update. The charge didn't even carry into next day. It was fully charged again but this time it never turn on again since.
