Works Great; Try Before You Buy A More Expensive One
Alarm works great. We considered much more expensive alarms, but chose this one noting it had both an alarm and vibration, and it could go on our son’s arm rather than be attached to a shirt as he sleeps shirtless. Before this alarm, he wet the bed every night. He is 7 and wore pull-ups every night along with a pee pad underneath. Even with those aids, we washed sheets/quilt at least a few times a week. This alarm has not completely saved us, but we are a few months into use and so long as we wake him before 11:30/midnight for one last time, he has been waking dry in the morning. If we don’t catch him before he wets, the alarm sounds right away. It does not always wake him, but it wakes us in our room or downstairs if we are still up. We have realized what he can sleep through as the alarm is loud. No wonder he did not wake on his own!Of note, he sleeps with the sensor on his underwear and a pull-up over.About a month in, one of the sensors stopped working. Two come with so it was not a huge problem, but I worried if the other one might go. I wrote the company, and they offered to replace it right away. I took them up on this and received a whole new alarm and sensors only a few days later.Thankful we took the jump and got this. He is developing more confidence, and laundry has gone way down. There was a time when I wondered if he would ever wear underwear at night, and now I feel like I can see the light!

Works and then doesn't
We also had the experience of getting this set up and then within the first week of using it the alarm goes off repeatedly. Maybe it's an issue where it gets too conductive or sharp for the underwear but we also tried with thicker underwear with the same result. Great when it works, but both clips broke in a week and we did not get ours potty trained in 2 weeks.

Works, not great for deep sleepers
This works as intended - went off everytime it came in contact with wetness. Unfortunately for us, my kid slept through the alarm every time! I could hear it down stairs and he would sleep right through it. So if you know your kid is a deep sleeper this may not work, otherwise I think it would. Also it wasn't super easy for my 7 yr old to clip it on.

You won’t regret it
I can’t believe I’m writing a positive review on this bc I didn’t think it would work! My son is almost 7 and has been soaked at night every single night his whole life. Fluid restriction, preventing constipation, night wakings... we tried it all! He started getting ashamed that he was still wearing pull ups and had a real motivation. I think that was key. He’s a HEAVY sleeper so I was skeptical but the buzz with sound woke him every time but 2. After a week of confusion/needing help he got the hang of it and I was rarely needed. The first week we work underwear and then a pull up to prevent extra laundry. The device was attached directly to underwear. He quickly went from waking up soaked, to waking with a few drops. That lasted about 2 weeks of one waking (from alarm) per night. Around week 3 he began sleeping through the whole night dry. By week 4 we removed the pull up, so just alarm and underwear, and 6 out of last 7 nights he’s been totally dry without a waking! He’s so proud of himself and I honestly don’t know what about this that makes it work... but it does!!wish I bought it sooner and will use on my next son who is 5. I think motivation from parent and child is key! It’s a little rough at first but somehow it worked!!

Works while probe lasts
Worked well while the probes lasted. Unfortunately plastic clip parts broke for both probes after 1-2 use. First one broke so that we could still use it until the probe stopped working in 2-3 months. Other probe broke in such a way after the first use that it cannot be clipped any more. We used them as directed, no excessive force used, so I think design is faulty. Otherwise I liked it because it was so small.Update: the seller contacted me right away after seeing this review and replaced the alarm with no cost/hassle. So great customer service! Cannot comment on durability of the new device, my kid does not need it any more, so you could say that it worked overall!

Hoping this will do the trick
I like this product because my daughter is a heavy sleeper. It has a loud sound and it does vibrate as well. Even with all these my child is a heavy sleeper and has slept through the alarm the first couple of uses. After a while she adjust to it and she wakes up eventually. We are waiting for when the alarm goes off she immediately wakes up and is able to hold her urine stream. Will continue to see how this will work for us. the only issue I see is the arm strap it is very loose and sometimes slides off. There is not a volume control but I believe it is sufficiently loud for most people. I can hear it in our bedroom which is down the hall from her bedroom.

Works awesome
My ten yo just could not make it thru the night. 3 days with this and he was succesful. Over the next 4 weeks he has one accident. In the months since, not a single issue. He was so proud himself.Note: Alarm is not subtle. He used alarm+vibrateNote 2: comes with 2 sensor cables to connect to underwear. First one does after a week. Replacement would likely have been no problem, but didn't try.

Perfect for what we needed.
I really like that this is rechargeable. I had a wet stop alarm and it used batteries that needed to be changed. It came with an extra attachment making it simple to simply change the sensor in the night if preferred. I simply put my child in thick underwear. Attach the sensor and put a pull up on over. It makes it easy to clean up in the night multiple times as needed. It’s best to sleep near your child to help them get up with the alarm. I like the band feature of this much better than a safety pen or magnet. The switch is my favorite part. It’s simple to turn off/on/buzzing or buzzing and alarm. Our wet stop had a button and it was confusing. The feature on this alarm are exactly what I was hoping for.
