While I just received these sandbags, they appear very durable and look much nicer than your typical sandbag. I needed them to weigh down my bird feeder stands since it can get very windy sometimes. I didn't want them to topple over. Since I was by myself, I placed the sandbag into an empty plastic cat litter container. Placed a funnel in the top of the bag, and filled it up, and did the same for the other side. It hasn't rained or snowed since I received them so I didn't rate the water resistance, but I'm not concerned about it. I think it will resist water just fine.

These sandbags are great because they have two sides filled with sand which make it easy to drape on a lot of different surfaces. We rent out backdrops and it works perfect to put on the legs of it

Heavy when filled and pretty flexible for different applications. Sand pocket openings are somewhat small but it's just a minor detail. Overall great for reinforcing and anchoring my beach tent, and it can get very windy at times in our local beaches.

Velcro held up but the strap to bag ripped/failed on two of the bags that were staked to the ground

Product is well assembled and looks good. once I had 25 pounds of sand in the bag, the strap stitching started tearing. I just have to be very careful when lifting these to avoid further tearing. The canvas "BAG" part is not tearing, just the handle strap attachment stitching.

Used this as an outdoor furniture weight as the patio furniture I bought was blowing all over my patio. Solved the problem so far. I put sand inside freezer bags to ensure no leaks. Does the job.

Nice heavy duty nylon bags that do the trick perfectly for keeping your tent/canopy in place. Very sturdy material.
