Great fireplace! Was pleasantly surprised with the quality at this price point. Lights and logs are pretty, many color options. Like the ability to change from logs to glass rocks. Puts out good heat. Easy to put together. Super pleased with this purchase and highly recommend. The only thing that would make it perfect is fire crackling sounds. I just put an Echo Dot on the mantel and ask Alexa to play campfire sounds ;) as a solution.

After figuring out how to get around the issue of not being square, Those who see it comment on how nice it looks. I am glad I didn't have to insert it and go through the hassle of building around it. My only complaint is that I wish to keep the heater on and turn off the light when sleeping since this is in my bedroom. I am leaving the text of my previous review intact.--------------------I bought a 40-inch with a mantle, and let me tell you that the mantle could be a better fit for the heater. Here are a few installation tips: Don't attach the top until you fit the heater in and put the glass over it; you may have to disassemble parts of the bottom frame to fit the glass. Many times during the assembly, I wanted to return this product, but boxing both parts deterred me.The flame is unrealistic but not ugly, and my 12-week-old kitten likes it. The price seemed good, and I thought it would be a decent heater for my bedroom. I ordered the mantle because I didn't want to hire someone to install it, and I am not personally young enough, physically strong enough, or handy-sufficient to cut the wall, build a frame, fix the sheetrock, etc. Another big issue with the design is that the flame light will not turn off independently from the heater. If the heater is on, so is the fake flame, and for a bedroom, that is not a logical design.Finally, the remote I received only works sometimes, and dimming or increasing the light is impossible. I have contacted the seller and will let you know if they try to resolve the issue.

Easy install and it can heat up a room quick. Change colors, timer, looks great 👍

Has a timer and you can adjust the intensity of the heat. Great buy!So glad I made this purchase. There is a QR code in the manual that takes you to a SHORT youtube video that shows you how to assemble based on how you will use the fireplace. Super convenient and easy to follow. The colors are beautiful. And it gives a good look to the area. It was/is sunmer so I have not ised the heater for an extended time; however it heated up quickly and had good output. I'll probably buy a larger one for my basesment. 😊

The fireplace is beautiful and puts out a nice amount of heat! I like being able to change the colors although green is my favorite I love that it has a remote. My daughter in law put it together for me and it took around 2 hours. Great value for the price!

Despite some negative reviews, I was a bit hesitant to buy, but I absolutely love this fireplace so far! All the settings and colors work perfectly. One reviewer mentioned not having all the fun vibrant color options, but mine certainly does! The heat works well, and while there is a slight fan noise when it's on, it's fairly quiet and hasn't been an issue or annoyance. I also saw some complaints about the color of the frame not being a true white, and I agree it's more of a grayish white, but it's still beautiful.

First I want to thank Amazon for trying to help. I am giving Amazon a 5 star for their customer service but I gave this product 1 star. I purchased this and have to say after reading some of the reviews, I was very excited to receive it. First the display portion of it is too small and the fireplace looks fake and cheap. I had another fake fireplace that didn't look this cheap and fake. Mind you I didn't pay much for this one. Then after installing and paying a contractor a lot of money to create a box for it, we learned the heater is not working. I looked for a phone number to contact the manufacturer but none was listed on the manual. I looked online to see if I could find a phone or support but nothing there either. They only have an email and I am not comfortable emailing because who knows where the email is going to end up at. I then contacted Amazon and they tried to help which I appreciate but they said they can't get a hold of the manufacturer either. They offered a refund but now I have to pay someone to uninstall it and throw it away. I then have to find another one that would fit the same area because I don't trust this one. I tested the fireplace section prior to installing but didn't think it was safe to test the heater prior to installing it. The manufacturer should have tested everything prior to packing. I would recommend testing everything prior to calling your contractor to install it for you. I want to thank Amazon customer service again.
