The product itself is great, the hot pot section is big enough, but not as big as our typical hot pot pots.Comes well packaged, with some useful accessories.Yes, it smells the first time, but the test run process in the manual is effective.Heats up pretty quick, temperature control works fine.Nice to use for dinner parties as u can grill food at the table with central section for sauces etc. It heats up very quickly once plugged in by the 2 pin plug to the mains. The grill is smokeless so u can use indoors or on a table in the garden. Makes entertaining friends & family a more inclusive & friendly activity when u can all pick items to grill directly from the table. It is easy to clean off after using. With full instructions & a recipe booklet giving u ideas on dishes u can cook with it. Includes 2 free pastry brushes to apply coating/sauce to food & a pair of tongs for removing cooked items from the hot cooking surfaces.

This works so well. The heat is great for both the pot and the grill parts. And I feel like there isn’t crazy smoke or splatter like our other gas kbbq grill. I did get it on Black Friday for a deal but it is so worth it if you like hot pot/kbbq. Plenty of space for a family of 4. Bonus is if you just want to do hot pot- you can keep the grill off. And as you cook meats and things you can set the cooked ones on the grill part to keep them warm for people to take as they are done without them overcooking or getting lost at the bottom of the broth. 10/10 recommend

I never in a million years would have thought this could work as well as the restaurants...guess what it's better. Really easy to set up, use, and clean. I recommend for anyone who loves shabu shabu ( hot pot), yakiniku or Korean style bbq or even fondu to get this right now. Totally worth every penny.

The media could not be loaded. So easy to use. The hot pot is great and stays hot. The grill takes a while to get hot and doesn’t stay at a high temp. It’s big and bulky but easy to clean up!

I ordered this to experience hotpot at home and I am extremely pleased. We had a hotpot party with 8 people and everyone enjoyed themselves. The hotpot of deep enough for veggies, meat, and at least 1 big pack of Ramen or 2 smal folds of egg noodle Ramen. The grill cooks meat and veggies evenly. The drip pan fills up quick, so I recommend dumping it every so often while cooking. The heating element is very hot. I recommend starting your hot pot base with warmed bone broth or water if you have a broth paste. For more instance flavor, put the base, such as miso or Sichuan or beef or shrimp paste I the bottom of the hotpot while warming, then add your bone broth. The electric power cord is 3 prong, so you will need a double end 3 print extension cord or an adapter. This comes with 1 tongue for flipping food, 2 brushes for oiling the grill, extra post for the bottom so the device is sturdy, and wax paper for the grill if you don't want alot of cleanup. Clean up is super easy, due to the non stick diamond surface.I highly recommend this product!

I'm a horribly indecisive person and I blame that on the multitude of choices that we have. I honestly spent hours trying to find the best hot pot and I'm so glad that I picked this one. I ran a few tests before using just to make sure I picked the right one. First, I put the same temperature ice cold water in the Hot Pot area and cold raw beef slices on the barbecue area on different sites.The barbecue side heats up and holds its heat very well. All the meat cooked evenly.As for the hot pot center portion, it does not leak into each other, heats up evenly, and stays hot. There's literally nothing to complain about.So if you're horribly indecisive like me then definitely buy this one.
