NOW Inulin Prebiotic Fos, 8-Ounces (Pack of 2)

Could not find my usual brand so figured I would give this a shot. So happy I did. First day on it did have smelly gas and a lot but I knew it was working and cleaning me out. The next day passed gas a couple of time , just air but not smelly and have been waking up and going to bathroom every since. Great if you have constapatiin or just wanna become regular again . Highly recommend and the best part is that I have no problems dissolving it in water,juice, or anything

I've been using it for years. Put a scant teaspoon in my second cup of coffee. Does the trick and keeps my gut in good shape. I used to use a different inulin product that I can't buy any longer after being turned on by my doctor. This is the only one I could find and it is just as good as the benefiber that dissolved in my hot beverage. I believe, personally, that you need prebiotic as well as probiotic to keep things working properly.

My daily dose of fiber + prebiotics. A must have for a healthy digestive tract. It has a pleasant taste and dissolves easily. I've used it in my smoothies, oatmeal and coffee.

I add this to my coffee daily. Very gentle but more importantly very effective! It works within less than an hour for me, but doesn't make me run to the restroom. Just a normal knock at the back door. Will definitely keep purchasing to stay regular.
