Beautiful, rich and full of flavour sauce
Flying Goose is mny favourite brand for this - be warned though, the mayo blend has a bigger bite than their 'normal' Sriracha sauce!

This is EXTRA SPICY version
I bought this by accident in a local shop. 34% chilli, compared to 20% chilli in the regular one. Far too hot for me but others might like it. You have been warned.

Incredible flavour but way too expensive can buy at supermaket for less than half the price
ridicously expensive, don't buy, places like sainsbury offer for couple of quid
