Nordic Ware Cinnamon Bread Loaf Pan and Almond Loaf Pan

This pan is versatile for cakes or small quick breads. One was not enough for me so I bought another one. Why make one when you can make two (one for giving)!The “main” recipe for this pan is the Swedish Almond Cake (recipe online). The manufacturers include a lovely Cinnamon Swirl Bread recipe. I made it and it is very good! Make sure you butter or spray the pans well before adding batter. This insures the cake’s easy release from the pan.The little rows on top make for a nice design and a guide for cutting servings. Simple powdered sugar topping or light glaze and you’re done!This company is very well known for quality baking items. You won’t be disappointed in the pan or the cakes you’ll make in it!These pans are lightweight, easy to clean and stackable if you buy more.

I am very happy with my purchase of this pan. I sprayed the pan well with baking spray (spray with flour in it) and left the cake in the pan until cool before removing it. The cake came out of the pan beautifully. The included recipe is delicious. This pan is not as sturdy as my other Nordic Ware pans but it works very well for Swedish Almond Cake.

Used this for my Bundt cake . Came out very easily and was so beautiful. Not the usual circle but a unique design log

I purchased this pan after hearing about what a fabulous almond cake it would make. I was surprised how light weight it was (it's a positive) and overwhelmingly pleased with the recipe it came with......An almond 'bundt' type cake. It turned out great!!!

Bought for baked goods for our church brunch. Like the idea of how easy it is to provide equal portions. Love the quality.. The recipe that comes with it is divine. 😀

I absolutely love these pans to make Scandinavian Almond Cake. The secret to easy removal of the cake from the pan is 2-fold:#1-Spray inside of pan with "PILLSBURY" Baking spray with Flour" prior to putting the batter into the pan. If you use the traditional "non-stick cooking spray, the cake will not come out of the pan very well and may stick to side and bottom of pan and fall apart.#2-Allow baked cake to cool COMPLETELY before removing cake from pan.If you try to remove cake while it is warm, it will fall apart or stick to the bottom of the pan and create a big mess.

This pan is awful and in no way non-stick. The pan is thin and cheap and you MUST put the pan on a sheet pan in the oven.I am an experienced baker. I bake almost daily. When I bake I always use Bak-klene and have never had a cake stick. If a pan is intricate I may tap some flour into the pan also.I tried this twice following the recipe on the package. The first time I only used bak-klene. I let the cake cool entirely. The cake stuck, it was awful. Of course, scooping the cake out caused minor damage to the pan. The second time, I sprayed the pan, spread it with a pastry brush to make sure it was fully covered, then I tapped flour all over and dumped out the excess. This time ¾ of the cake came out and looked very sloppy. 1/4 still stuck.I trust nordic ware implicitly. I work in the bakeware and cookware retail industry and recommend and sell nordic ware all of the time. I DO NOT recommend this pan. This is just a shame.
