You will quickly become familiar with how the surface looks after it has been waxed. It should appear, dark, rich, and hydrated. The stone, after some use, may start to look lighter and dried out. These are indicators that it is time to refinish. As a general rule, many people will reapply once a month but you may do it more or less often depending on your surface’s needs.
