Love my new fridge!!! Bosch is the best
I got my new Bosch fridge before the stated date. Beautiful design, great quality, no issues with delivery or installation!! It moves super easy if you want to clean under the fridge

Great fridge in our experience
We've had it for 8 months now. Still beautiful, works great, we're thrilled with our purchase. My mother-in-law plans to get one now.

Waited 3 weeks, came damaged, had to return it.
It took forever to deliver. The delivery company showed up without even announcing arrival. Yes, it is cheaper than in big box retailers, but you pay crap, you get crap, both product and service.

I wish I had read the rewiews here first...
I didn't buy it here figuring using a local vendor would be more proactive if there are problems, ... wrong again.First, never have anything delievered on a Friday and possibly on a Monday, salesmen are useless as they are just order takers and are half out the door before Friday lunch and possibly not in until afternoon on Monday. Friday was my mistake.Second don't buy this unless you have a ton of room around the location for the clunky doors to open as their thickness and the angle they open to is very wide. You cannot box this refrig in and counter depth refrig means nothing. If you expect to put this next to a counter depth side wall it will wind up being 5 to 6 inches away from the rear wall. Ugly is the mild term for how it looks when in this position.Third, for the price of this thing you might expect a decent or even innovative leveing mechanism, wrong. The leveling mechanism is two, one of each side of the front, typical jackscrews... with cheap nylon nuts that will eventually round off from use. That use will be the fact that you have to unscrew them to move the frig for cleaning. Yes we like to clean under the frig. Adjusting those leveling screws will also damage your flooring as the wrench of your choice will be dragged across the floor leaving scratch marks. If you're buying a house with one these transformer monsters check for flooring damage.Forth, thhe heated sealing surfaces can burn you. They heat the sealing surfces of the doors to avoid condensation. These are the surfaces between the doors. Normally they are just warm to the touch but recently we had the ocassion to use 'super' mode where the frig and freezer are set to cool rapidly. My wife touched the surface between the refrig and the vegetable freshness section as was burned.Fifth, there is a bothersome procedure to closing the frig doors. The right door must be closed first and if open the right door only you still have to open the left door then close the right door and then close the left door. A futile exercise if you have teenage children. Not to mention children of a certain lessor height will never get into the frig anyway necause it is too tall for them. So if you have teenage children you will forever be checking to see if the frig doors are closed correctly.Sixth, Bosch service is non-existent and so is vendor serice for that matter. You're a consumer, you're nothing to them but a source of money, nothing else. Remember, this is Germany providing these things. You're supposed to take it, period. I attempted to call them and was robotically told to wait with no guess as to how long. I suspected many would fall by the wayside before being connected and it would be quicker to fly there. All in all not a good start to $4000 purchase and definitely our last Bosch purchase AND definitely not the end of future trouble. As a side note to where we came from with this. The refrigerator we replaced was a 1988 Frididaire that never had a problem and was a hand me down from my parents. All this and we haven't had the thing long enough to know if it's even going to last a year. I gave it two stars so I can come back and update when the thing crashes.

Great so far
Purchased from a local appliance dealer, bought on a Saturday and it was installed the following Wednesday. It replaces a 4 door bottom mount Samsung that lasted a total of 10 years (was still running) but began to need parts replaced that would have cost hundreds. This is a beautiful unit and extremely quiet with the only noise being water supplying ice maker which only lasts about 10 seconds. Overall quite satisfied and would recommend.
