What's with the stupid logo presses into my tofu?
It's a tofu press, it's easy to use, easy to clean, I'd certainly buy it again if I need another or am gifting to a friend, but the logo of "TOFU" but a heart in place of the "O" is just stupid. I don't need my food branded, thanks. Otherwise, the press works well and gets way more liquid out from the block of tofu than stacking books on top of plates and setting into your sink... you know we've all done that before.

Works for Paneer and Tofu
Wonderful product. Use it to press tofu . Also “paneer” /indian cottage cheese can also be pressed.

Simple and Efficient (w/an unusual bonus)!
Does exactly what it's meant to do. Bonus points for easily fitting on a fridge shelf w/o taking up too much space. Also, tofu can be stored in the press until ready to use. Easy to hand wash, also.Liquid can easily be drained w/o opening the press by tipping the press, and allowing the liquid to drain from any corner.Should last a good long time so definitely worth the price.Unusual bonus: In a pinch, the blue press makes an excellent, portion-sized bowl for cereal, ice cream, etc.... :)

Sturdy and works well if you turn it upside down
This tofu press is sturdy and fits a block of tofu easily. I like the pressure of the spring and the fact I can toss the whole press in the dishwasher afterwards. I DON’T like that liquid doesn’t drain off the block of tofu, you have to pour off the liquid yourself. The drain holes are blocked by the tofu. Now what I do is load the tofu into the press and turn the whole thing upside down inside another container. That works great. Overall glad I have a press, I was tired of all the mess of wet kitchen towels. Also glad I figured out a workaround to draining off the pressed liquid.
