Great gift for a 5 year old
My great granddaughter opened this gift & immediately went outside to hammer away at the dinosaur eggs. We had to limit her to cracking 2 a day. They are messy but a lot of fun.

Dinosaur egg
This egg was a lot of fun. It took my son a couple days to dig all of the little dinosaurs and fossils out.

Great gift
This was a great gift for our 8 year old grandson. He spent hours digging at it. You definitely need to put it in a pan (aluminum) because it makes a mess as you wet it down.

Fun thing to do!
Used these to help potty train my son. He has gotten 5 duplicates though but he's fine with it. The dinosaurs are a good quality.

Great for six year olds!
We bought this for my three year old which was maybe a bit ambitious but he loves dinosaurs. Unfortunately he wants them all out of the egg immediately. His six year old sister does this with him though (mostly he watches her do it) and she has a blast digging while he loves getting the dinosaurs.

Great Gift
bought for our son and he loves it....one egg takes him some time to actually get the dino out so it lasts him a long time for 12 eggs! would recommend

Great Idea, but hard to use!
I ordered this for Christmas and it’s an awesome gift for someone who is into dinosaurs or the prehistoric. It’s a great idea and good price for what you recieve. It does teach you about certain dinosaurs, it comes with a few different tools to open the eggs but the down fall about this whole kit is the eggs are rock hard which makes it extremely hard to get them open when using very cheaply made tools. We added the water to soften the egg and it didn’t help with much at all, we ended up having to open the eggs making it really not useful or a fun gift for our 7 year old.I think it’s a great idea and great for kids to learn however they need to either add better quality tools or figure a different idea on the eggs that may not take an adult to do all the work for them.
