I am applying for a church communications spot where I currently serve as a minister and was looking for helpful resources. KM gave so much voice to questions, challenges and ideas I’ve only kept to myself or grumbled about with co-workers. Now I feel like I have some direction. Whether I get the job or not this guide book makes sense for me right now.

Kem's first book was such an epic directional book for communications teams, but it is also a great "how-to" book for anyone leading within ministry. In Less Chaos Less Noise Kem nails it again. She gives practical advise on how to communicate and helps to clear chaos and turn the noise level down. I love reading Kem's words and gaining her practical insights. If you're in ministry read this book. If you lead a communications team of any kind make this your bible on how to master the art of communications. Kem does that in spades here. Well done Kem!

As I read this book, I realized that many of the issues our organization struggled with, were not unique. In fact, they were typical. This book will likely show you you're not crazy and not the only one who struggles with chaos. To be honest, I think this book could be re-titled and slightly re-written for all those in church leadership. It seems many churches think they have a "communications problem" when in fact they have a "strategy and priority problem."I didn't find this book to be earth shaking but definitely confirming of challenges our team faced. I also provided some good, common-sense approaches to working through the "chaos."

The book itself is scattered - there really is no rhyme or reason to the way its chapters are organized. And I caught a few typos in the Kindle edition. But otherwise, there are some absolute gems of wisdom! I can see this being a book I read over and over again. There is a reason why church communicators constantly promote this book. It's a must-read for anyone in church web design, social media, or church communications in general.

"Insightful" ... There are many views I had about the different aspects of Church Communication and Kem with was able to challenge, support and discredit some of the notions I had.I'm grateful for her willingness to share her experiences and feel privileged to have set my eyes on these pages.Thanks Ken!

If you're considering this book, you're probably looking for answers for better communication. Kem Meyer hit a home run with this revised content! It holds your attention, asks tough questions, and delivers incredible value in finding a way forward to better communication. I highly recommend this book for every church communicator and also pastors who want to give their church's communication an efficiency boost.

Every church can use help with communication, both internal among staff and ministries as well as external with the public. Kem Meyer's book is an excellent resource. If you do not have a communication plan in place, this is where you want to start.

This is a great book especially for those that work in the communications departments, but would also be valuable to any ministry leader.
