I'm a little old lady, and though I'm not disabled, I sure feel safer with this on my bathtub. Getting in and out of the tub (and I DO love soaking in the tub!) is much easier these days. My tub does not have completely straight walls on the sides, but this is quite compatible. My son was able to install it in a very short time, and he tightened it quite nicely, so it's very sturdy. I really put my weight behind it when I pull up or sideways, and though I don't do any acrobatics, it feels quite secure. It's the best product I've purchased this year!

This grab bar is very easy to install. It is made of metal and is very sturdy, providing great support. I needed something to hold on to instead of the towel rack and am pleased to say this works really well. In addition, I can hold on to it when I wash the feet. The handle has rubber on the top so it is comfortable, and you will not slip. Highly recommend this grab bar. One other thing to note, you can take it with you when you travel and employ it in hotels or when staying with family. Will not damage tubs.

Great safety Item!! Well-made and fairly priced!! Offers great comfortable support!! The rounded riser is easy on the hand. I use it to support getting on and off the commode, due to a bad back and weak legs!

This is a very well made device. Easy to install and tightens well, but just for extra security ( my husband is a big guy), I put carpet tape on the inside and outside tub where clamp pads meet the tub. That baby ain’t goin’ anywhere!

This device is really helpful for people who have difficulty maneuvering in a bathtub. I have back and knee problems which benefit greatly from a hot bath, but make it nearly impossible to me to get up from a lying position in the tub. This device was simple to install, is very sturdy and allows me to pull myself up into a position that allows me to get out of the tub by myself, as well as helping me lower myself into the tub. The adjustable height allowed me to set the handle at the perfect height. The clamp has rubbery pads which grip the tub to keep it from slipping and protect the tub from scratches. I can easily move it to a different spot on the side of the tub, remove it for cleaning or stow it when company comes. I’m very happy I bought it.

Ordered this for my mother who has been having a hard time getting in and out the shower as well as needing something to hold on to while drying off. The bathroom walls material is no good for installing or hanging anything on. I found this while browsing for alternatives and ordered.This item is great, it's sold and sturdy and thus works exactly as advertised. I thought the height might not be enough but she says its perfect so that is all that matters.Just make sure if you are considering this you look at the item specifications carefully as this will not work on all bathtubs. There is even a picture chart on one of the images on the product page to make it easier.

Perfect height. I trust the structure as it is very sturdy on the bathtub and does not move or wobble. It makes me feel safe. It doubles as support getting up and down off toilet in my very small bathroom. Thank you.
