Tardis Blue
Yes, it's not as dark as the swatch on the tin.Yes, 250ml is just enough to cover the inside of your childs bedroom door and frame.Yes, making your childs bedroom door look like the tardis is a great idea... Go for it!Yes, you're right. It was as thin as dishwater and needed 3 costs.Yes, I was really proud too until I returned back 10mins later to niagra falls.Yes, I know, we were both really careful, but it still dripped more than a 2 year old with a cold.Yes, we laughed at 'touch dry in 30mins' too.Yes, it's water based so cleaning brushes was a breeeeze and no toxic fumes! Winner!Yes, it didn't turn out too bad really in the end. Yes, It was worth the money and effort for a Dr Who fan.Yes, if we have to paint it white again, we will just move house instead.

Quick dry.
Lovely colour. Size of it - really small but enough even to put 4 coat. I put 3. Very easy to use and dry really quickly. I could close the door completely after 2 hours. Touch dry after arround 30 min.

Excellent product for composite doors
If like me you were wondering whether a composite door can be restored to look like new than the answer is a definite yes. Fantastic product. See pictures for results.Just to make you aware that this product dries very quickly ( around 5-10mins). I started at the bottom of the door as that needed for intention and thus more coats. By the time I got half way up I was ready to give the bottom part a second coat. The colour is oak-dark oak.My original door colour looked dark brown and I was concerned this colour wasn't dark enough to match it so I bought the chocolate colour and the black with the intention of mixing until I got the right shade it but was a perfect match.Very happy with the results and I just hope it will last but I get the impression it would.Ps. Half a can did the whole door and I gave it 3-4 coats in some areas and at least 2 coats all over

Excellent for a colour of chocolatesadly Very water bases, will require a lot and lots and lots of coats.doesnt matter how tidy you are it sticks on your skin like glueand it really hurt when you try and get it off no matter how little is on ur handsits took a lot of scrubbing to remove, never have i had a gloss like this with staying power even if i had gloves onto be honest i am guttedbecause i love the colour and i really wantec this gloss to work , i didnt rush and took my time , and now i will have to sand my wood down and start again which i not happy about as i read the tin before hand .

Not as pink as it looks, but does the job.
Bought this paint in several colours to paint a mud kitchen we made for a friend’s daughter as we wanted a project in lockdown! Although it’s nowhere near as pink as the tin, once dry and next to the white paint it is definitely pink and I think she’ll love it. Yes the pink was thinner than the white but it dried really quick so I was able to start second coating the bits that needed it by the time I’d finished a first coat. This was on a lovey sunny day though and the wood has been well sanded down before hand.

REALLY GREAT PAINT
Bought this paint to coat the side of my interior door frames where the previous owner had emulsioned them magnolia. Bearing in mind the doors and the rest of the frames are dark wood stain, I bought the chocolate colour paint. Pleased to say this paint worked well, covered the awful magnolia emulsion in 2 coats and blended well with the dark wood stain. Also used it to touch up the skirting boards and paint over some white caulk used to fill gaps along the staircase. The paint was a good consistency, easy to use and gave great results. Brushes wash out with water.

Perfect for painting my front door and plenty of paint left over
I cannot believe that such a small tin of paint can go such a long way. I have just finished painting my front door and I’ve hardly used any. There is enough left over to paint another to paint at least another 4 doors. When I showed my husband the small tin of paint I had bought, he laughed and said there’s no way that’s going to be enough. So I can’t wait for him to come home to prove him wrong lol The paint it great it goes on smoothly, there are no runs or drips and it doesn’t smell either. I spilt some on my hands it washed off with water and fairy liquid. I don’t usually give such long reviews, but I thought this product deserved a good one. It’s good value for the price I would definitely recommend.

More than one layer will be needed it’s very thin
The paint isn’t as dark as the photo, it’s also very thin so It drys quick. I have applied a coat and as you can see I will need at-least one more coat. ( I will update the final look tomorrow or day after. ) As you might need more than one coat this small tin might not be enough for you. I wasn’t sure how small the pot would be but i think it’ll be ok for my small unit, I’ve used 1/3 to 1/2 of the tin on one layer so far. I’m hoping the colour will darken up the more layers I put on as I was after a darker pink for my daughters room.Update: I’ve now done two more layers, I’ve used the whole pot. It’s looking a lot nicer you can’t see the stroke lines as much and it’s a nice soft glossy feel to touch. Only thing I don’t like is the smell.. you can’t really smell it from the tin but I left it to dry last night before putting more layers on today as it was getting late and I went downstairs this morning and opened the living door the smell was vile.. it was like damp washing that hadn’t dried properly but it was the paint on the wood. Last photos are the finishing product. I probably wouldn’t buy again as it’s going in my 2 year olds bedroom so it doesn’t really matter that much if it doesn’t look like it was brought like it as it’ll get knocked about and marked I expect.
