The listing says it will last two months, but then the package recommends 15g a day (which would last 20 days). Which is correct?

We recommend taking 5g per day. As the hydrolysed powder is so fine, 5g is roughly 1 dessert spoon, or 3 teaspoons. Hope this clears up the confusion! Taking 5g per day will give you a 60 day supply.
