Head and foot up and down works great.
Works great. Motor went out in our old Select Comfort adjustable base. Could not find replacement so we purchased this. Head and foot up and down works great. There is 1 connected remote. I wish cord were a little longer. It barely reaches because we are now using a pillowtop mattress on this frame. Also please note that it does not have ability for massage function. We are just thrilled to have head and foot up and down ability.

It was almost perfect
This product got me out of a costly jam. My motor burnt out and found this. It works like a champ. The reason why 4 and not 5 stars is not wireless remote. But worth the money and price.

Easy fix
I bought this for my mother's bed a leggett and pratt. The top part of the bed would not raise. The motor has two little spindle blocks , one on each end - these only cost $ 49.00 each. I took the motor off and saw the block was in the open position and would not recess back like it should, so i ordered a new spindle block. However when I received my new spindle block I took the original motor apart ( super easy ) and realized it was not the spindle block but a metal part that has grooves that lines up against the grooves at the end of the spindle block to raise and lower the bed. So if your control hums and has power but the bed is not raising you can easily take apart the motor and check and just buy the spindle block or just buy the entire motor and have it replaced in about three minutes. Also my mom had a bed that did not have a wireless remote control but she has the kind that is wired to the bed but iy you have the wireless kind I believe it will still work because there is a connection for a battery, we did not have to use it on her bed. I hope this helps someone, it is so easy !!

Nice replacement
Works well, nice replacement. Mechanically identical but hardwired control instead of wireless.Noticed the height limit switch needed to be set at a lower setting because over travel will destroy it. That's what happened to the original. I used it for many years, just never raised it as much, Perhaps other beds may work differently.

Arrived with plastic broken and chipped
Poor quality plastic not up to the task intended for. (just like the one being replaced for similar plastic fail).
