My fault
My bad thing is that I didn't notice that the content of four pills is 4000mg! Please note that it is 4 very large pills... but if it works, it is worth it for the health. But what puzzles me is that the description says preferable on an empty stomach... This means that it is best to eat on an empty stomach. This is different from the description of other brands I have eaten before, so I am confused~

Good product for the money it works for what I need it for it I take as needed may take a day or two to kick in so I pretty much know when to expect results they are very large capsules so instead of trying to swallow them I put 4 or 5 in water bottle they resolve fairly quick quicker in warm water they taste awful but I just add in a lime drink mix to kill the taste

Pills are huge and hard to swallow
I take a ton of supplements and normally don’t have trouble swallowing. These pills are really big and it is recommended to take 4 of them in the morning before you eat. I wish they were smaller.

These pills are very large, but because they are 4 times the dosage, I guess they would be 4 times larger than what I have been taking. I like your products and I will re-order in the near future. Thank You!

Best to cut these in half
These are a good value for the money. I usually don't have issues taking pills but these are on the large size. If you have a pill cutter, it would be a good idea. The value is great and there's no flavor.
