good customer service. I was missing the access code and they sent me a new book with a acces and all I had to do is return the first book back. Access code did work. I know some people are worried about it

This is the exact same book as the newest edition and for half the price. Don’t waste your money on buying the newest edition, it’s the EXACT same book!!!I thought it was going to loose leaf pages, but it’s hard cover.

The owner it was bought for is enjoying the reading

I did not like the loose pages, but I like the printout.

The book itself is in great condition however I was disappointed that it didn’t come in a binder or some sort of protective cover

What I needed for school

Honestly beyond irritated trying to find this book online. At this point I will just be using an ebook because trying to find a seller who ships on time or delivers a good product is apparently very difficult for this textbook. There are pen drawings and highlighter all over this book. It’s distracting to read with all of this everywhere and it’s easy to say I will be returning. Even for lightly used, paying 140 dollars for this is frustrating.
