Delicious TEA! A must for your tea cupboard!
This delicious tea comes in heart-shaped pressed tablets that are perfect for two mugs of tea. The color is a beautiful dark amber rose. The fragrance has hints of citrus in an earthy deep puerh tea. For tea lovers the unique flavor of the pressed fermented Puerh is a must have for your tea cupboard! For those who are looking for something new it is decidedly different from English teas. It comes in a variety of shapes and sizes from the small heart-shaped ones here to big cakes that you cut pieces off for steeping. All are delicious but the ease of the single/two cup heart cakes is good for a quicker morning on the go cup of tea. For a second cup just pour a second cup of hot water and the tea will re-infuse with almost the same level of flavor as the first cup. I don't bother with using a tea ball as the leaves fall to the bottom after steeping so it is quite easy. Great cup of tea!!

good tea with decent packaging
i thought this was a unique tea. its strange when it unfurls its very chopped leafs. the wet leaves smell decent like they should. no fishines or what have you. my complaint is the first tweo steeps were pretty bitter but after that it became really smooth. it didnt have many steeps in it so maybe be good for grandpa brewing. its decent daily drinker

Wow!
This is my first experience with PuErh, and let me say... WOW!If this is "low quality," as some reviews say then I am excited to try a quality teaFirst brew (after rinse and warming) -Scent: tobaccoTaste: raisins, coffee, toffee, woodThe cake opened up beautifully and produce a nice deep red liquid.Second brew -Scent: tobacco stillTaste: coffee, dark chocolate, raisins, etc----It gets better and better. I am in love with this tea. No fishy taste or bad smells. Mine were lightly compacted and opened up immediately after washing. And I got around 6-7 brews, boiling water, started at 35 seconds and added 5 every time.

Great flavor and rich amber color
The color is nice and amber, the flavor is good for a non aged puerh tea. It is earthy and sweet rich flavor. Do not steep tea too long as it will become very dark and strong. Or you can add more hot water to the strong tea to mellow the flavor.I’m not crazy about aluminum wrapping on the tea but that is how it came packaged. I would rather get paper wrapped tea. I use a French press to steep my tea and it works great with one pressed tea heart makes a full pot.

Wish it was stronger
I drink tea daily and like my tea certain way. I don't drink it super strong but I don't like to watered down either. These pu-erh is a bit on the weak side, which is not a plus for me. I think it's cute to have it wrapped like candies, but I would rather not have the trouble of unwrapping it.

Great value for the quality. Made for portability.
The media could not be loaded. The value for the quality is something to consider. The price is unbeatable. However, the quality is definitely not A or SS Puerh. I would say this is definitely better than the Cha-Wu grade C that I also tried out on the same purchase. If you are looking for compact and portability, these cakes are great sized. I would say the quality is average, and the caked leaves are a little more bits and pieces rather than full leaves.Hope the video is useful.

Delicious
This tea is so smooth and delicious! I think it’s one of the best black teas I’ve ever had. And the fact that it comes in these cute little heart shaped cakes that are wrapped in red foil is made it that much better.

Fishy smell
I googled fishy smell and puerh tea supposedly “develops fishy flavor notes when it is poorly handled during the process of fermentation, or during long-term storage.” Didn’t even bother to try it.
