The knife blade itself is great. The glass breaker is in a bad spot, grabs on everything including skin.

Great knife
This knife came as stated, though it is a little bigger than I thought it would be. I give it a 4 star only because I wish it came with tan/brown grip handle. Great knife.

like another reviewer stated
Picked up 2 of these on sale for 20 bucks at a local retailer... The Tek-Lok is worth 15 by itself... I found the grip odd, like another reviewer stated, until I put on my gloves. The wide finger grooves are perfect with medium to heavy gloves on. As this is a tactical knife, not a general purpose survival knife, it makes sense to design the grip this way, as you should be protecting your mitts in a hostile environment. Operators wear gloves as part of their day to day kit, civilians generally don't.I like this knife in general, but I am not a fan of serrations, so one of these has a date with a grinder ( don't knock a star for this, I knew it had serrations when i bought it)... and it is not hair-shaving sharp (yet), but, my out of the box first impression is very favorable. The sheath is also much better than the typical nylon junk, and i don't feel the need to replace it. I set one up for scout carry and it is very comfortable at the small of my back. (Make sure you wear a heavy belt if you scout carry a knife). The other is getting strapped to my EDC bag for testing.i will try to remember to update this review after testing.
