Q: fully charged battery to100% today for my heated Gillet,, the jacket light is only on 3 minutes then battery goes off, is it not strong enough?

I've brought 2 now first 1 gd charges my phone and works my gillet to,second 1 won't work gilet,and the power button dodgy,I'd say a fault with the product

Might seem daft, but I have to ask, is your power bank charged up? One of my power banks wouldn't charge a smart watch and that was apparently due to the very low current/amp draw. Have the devices you are trying to charge worked in the past with the power bank? Plus are the device's compatible with power bank charging? Not all are.

Q: Is this power bank suitable for iPhone SE 2020

Hi, It works on my iPhone XS with a lightning cable (though I don't use it much for that), so I assume if your phone has any type of physical USB/Lightning connector, it will work too. I hope that helps :)
