Arrived with 1 broken pate
HiThe delivery has been a problem as there is one plate with one chip on it and the piece is missing I looked everywhere . Impossible to find where is the other piece of item ?I wish to order another set but I am so scared to have plates in bad conditions .I wrote to Villeroy and Bosh and hope they can assist me with this issue .Plates are gorgeous just be careful check they are ok .

I ordered this set for my sister as Christmas present, when plates arrived i was impressed with good safe packing and plates is lovely quality. The parcel came little late,but the seller was communicating well, and its all was worth it In the end!Thank you!
