Q: Where can i get replacement poles as the front one snapped the first time i set it up. Could do with being a little shorter

Good luck with Coleman. Their tents are crap quality, the poles snap and the shock cord elastic inside the poles snap . Amazon tell you to contact the manufacturer for product quality issues and in turn Coleman send you this when you ask for help: "I am not sure why Amazon has given you that information. Being your retailer Amazon is a 100% responsible to resolve any warranty issues. They are your point of sale. The purchase agreement is with them, they have your money, and sold you the product. Please contact them again, and explain them legally they are resonsible covering any warranties. Amazon even has a bought out warranty agreement, where Coleman never interviens.
