Our Norwegian Elkhound is an aggressive chewer, particularly of soft toys. We don't really let her have them unless we are playing with her with them or she'll tear them to shreds in now time. Even under those conditions most toys don't last very long.This one has been a good exception. She enjoys engaging with it, and it has lasted a few weeks now with only a few small tears from our time playing with it. If I let her have it, there's no way it would last the afternoon, but if we play with it together it's pretty easy to keep her from tearing it up and it isn't falling apart from the tug play itself. She is quite happy, and asks to play with it frequently, so it has been a good purchase for us.

Used it several times now the jute part is holding up nicely but one of the handles just pulled out after about 6 times of use. Not to happy about that. I don't know if this one has a canvas liner Yet. (couldn't get anyone to tell me if it did or didn't. Stupid AI couldn't get out of it's loop) I have bought this type of tug from someone else in the past. First one was great, had an inner liner of canvas which kept the jute in-tacked. Second time, was a total bust. One bite and the jute pulled out of the stitching No canvas liner just stuffing.

This toy lasted longer than most! Perfect size for my belgians mouth, not too heavy, and will definitely be buying again. Great for training and just as a chew toy!

Did not last long

This is was done in about 10 minutesHandles both broke and the stuffing is coming outMy 9 month old German shepherd destroyed it. Probably great for small dogs or nonworking dog breeds. German Shepherd, Rottweiler, and other such large dogs will destroy it

Just the right size for my lab as she’s quite the tugger. Good durable construction and no issues so far. Withstands the torque of a 90lb retriever . Great retrieving trainer as well. Good value for the price.
