Came well sealed and well packed. I had to reach out to supplier as I was unsure of dosage, (says to take 3 daily)I wasn't sure if I was to take the 3 at once or 1 with each meal. I can confirm it's either way.Product support was prompt in replying to my question. So thank you 😊Ease of swallowing is easy enough.No after taste and no side effects reporting after 2 weeks of taking these.I don't feel as bloated and I do have some extra energy.Slight decrease in wanting to snack between meals.No weight loss, but early days still.

ACV in a capsule?
My son and l are on our second bottle of Apple Cider vinegar and we have no problems with taking them. I think it best to buy the liquid with the Mother to put in your cooking or drinking neat but these capsules are a daily intake of something naturally good for you.weight loss remains to be seen, but lm not over weight anyway?Thank you.

ASV Capsules
Capsule’s are quite large but I have found them easy to swallow & no after taste. I have been taking these for 5 weeks now & have felt some improvement with my digestive & bloating but haven’t noticed any difference with my appetite & no weight lost yet.

Good value
I would love to take apple cider vinegar but even the tablet form gave me heartburn. A good way to take apple cider vinegar if the liquid is not an option.

Bought a few times now - does the job!
I noticed after the first bottle that my cellulite was slowly returning. Not sure if it was all down to not using this again but I do think it has made a difference. Along with massage and dry brushing. It's part of my routine now but I do leave a break in between using this. The product itself is great vaue for money. I would recommend.

not the right smell or colour to previous purchases
similar review to someone else - this is not the same as previous purchases - the smell and colour is off and the seal was not secure when the tub was first opened so not sure if this has been tampered with - I will not be buying again
