Nice gift
I got these as a gift for my 8 years old niece. We live in different states so I only saw the end result via video chat. They looked very pretty. She said that they were easy to make but a bit messy. She enjoyed her gift & wants more in the hopes of getting the panda.

Soap but not soap really
This was a cute kit. I didnt know you only frost the little soaps. They arent actual soaps you use apparently just for decoration.

Decent Craft for Kids
My daughter is obsessed with making bath bombs and soap, and the results are usually fairly messy and disastrous. When I saw this kit, I knew it would be right up her alley. Here's what you get:-3 soap scents tropical, berry, or bubble gum.-A character topper that floats in the tub-Each topper floats in your tub- 2 Mini Toppers,-3 Scented Soap bases,- 3 Bags of Cream Powder,--3 Frosting Bags,-3 Frosting Tips,-3 Bags of Decorative Sprinkles,-1 Measuring SpoonI didn't see the instructions in my box, but here's what you do:-First mix up the cream *frosting*.-Fill the frosting bag and add one of the frosting tips.-Swirl the cream onto the scented soap base. Then add sprinkle decorations and the topper.Set is made in China. The consistency is hard to get right, our first try was way too stiff to pipe through the bags and tips, and frankly the bags are too small to be effective - I used a regular cake decorating piping bag instead.Overall, the scents were a bit strong and off-putting, the colors (the cream color especially) reminded me of baby poop yellow, and you only end up with three tiny soaps. I've seen better quality soap sets at a similar price point.

Blah
it was difficult for my kids to do this craft. As soon as it got wet the topper fell right off. They had a hard time getting the soap out of the plastic. Its thicker than frosting so didn't come out smoothly. I wouldn't buy again.

Easy to make
They of course didn’t turn out exactly like the pictures, but with my kids making them versus the professionals I didn’t expect them to come out the same. This was pretty simple to make since we just had to add water. Which actually makes it a pretty good activity, because I could let me kids do it without too much help from me. I’ve done other kits that rely on my help much more and those can get frustrating for me and the kids. You receive just one of the bigger toy accessories for on top. We got the panda, which my kids loved. Then fought over. My kids are on the younger side, so it’s to be expected. These soaps are meant to be decorative, which also worked well for our family. My kids are collectors and preferred keeping these as decoration versus using them.
