Great product, difficult install.
Let me first say that this option from the factory is not terribly expensive. Having spent an afternoon to install this, I would now say it may be worth it to have this installed from the dealer. It is a relatively involved process, so be prepared to spend a solid afternoon installing. I am a handy person, and have many tools, and have done a great deal of mods on vehicles. I watched 3 different videos, several times on how to install this, which I recommend highly as the included instructions are vague, and confusing at some steps. This project took me 5.5 hours to complete. Now you know that, so let me get into the product itself. First off, it is packaged well, and is genuine Mopar. It comes with all needed hardware, shrink tubing, rivets, zip ties and connectors. It does NOT come with a nylon rivet tool, which you need to reinstall the inner fender liner. You will need to have one, or purchase one. You will also need a programmer to allow the Uconnect system to recognize the aux switches have been installed, and make them functional. I recommend the Tazer JL mini. It is another expense, but a very useful tool to have for more than just this kit. You may also have the dealership flash your computer. Furthermore, you will also need a 5.5mm deep socket to remove the tray insert, and install the switches into the dash panel. Lastly, I recommend a set of automotive trim(plastic) removal tools. They're indispensable during projects like this. All in all, if you do your homework, watch the videos, order your tools, this will be a great modification for your vehicle. I really couldn't be happier with the end results as the switches look (really are) factory. Form, fit, and funtion is top notch. Like I said tho..... it is a quite involved process. For reference:YouTube has several videos on how to install this kit. Also, if you do decide to have the dealership flash your computer, they seem to charge about 230 to 300 dollars. The Tazer JL mini costs right around 300 dollars, but is useful for many other mods. Happy modding, good luck!

Best Compliment: Wife Said Looked Factory
The install wasn't as difficult as it seems, just go slow and deliberately. I followed the directions, and a couple of good videos I found online. Other options exist for switches, but I like the advantage that these integrated with the Jeeps computer and allow me to set them through my touch screen.

Easy install but be sure and view a U-Tube video prior to starting
Watched a U-tube video prior to install. The install was actually pretty easy. If you are at all mechanically inclined you can install these switches. Save $400.00 by DIY. The most difficult part was removing the wiring pin from the left Kick panel harness but doable.

Is it worth saving $600 in labor?
Absolutely terrible instructions. Lots of critical info is omitted. Comes with zip ties that are too short to mount harness to wire trough. Took 8 hours to install and then wait two days to get a dealer to flash the computer so I can use it. Dealer is trying to charge me $229 to flash it. I walked out.

Kinda Difficult to install for a newbie
This looks and fits really well. Its a little difficult to install and you might need a person to help run wire through the firewall. You will also need either a programmer like a Tazer or have the dealer unlock this feature. Good luck and happy Jeeping.
