Good product but missing one end cap
One end cap was missing but I was only given a choice of keeping it or returning it. It didn't make sense to return it when all they had to do was to send the cap.

I asked for a missing part to be replaced. I sent Bon a message. I thought I'd have to wait at least a week to hear back from them. Today I check my mail after sending Bon a message 1 day ago. I could not believe my eyes. Bon had First classed by mail my missing part. Bon Tool is amazing and I will always remember them and will be ordering again soon from them. God Bless Bon Tool...

Doesn’t come with end caps, otherwise good quality
Pretty much exactly what you expect other than the fact that the picture shows blue and caps and this one came with no end caps at all

Disappointing
I try to give sellers the benefit of the doubt and ignore the trivial complaints. But I should have listened to the reviews. Yes, it is a good product. It works, it’s straight, it’s lightweight, and will do what you want it to. But the seller needs to read the reviews and make improvements. Is the same screed with at least one end cap missing being returned and given to the next guy? Or are all of them like that? Seller, re-take your post picture showing a missing end cap and see how many you sell. All of a sudden the product becomes nothing more than a chunk of aluminum. “Big deal out of nothing?” Try cleaning this thing up when it’s full of material. I don’t have time for goofing around. I want to go home when the day is over. “Why didn’t you return it?” Read my last comment again. I don’t have time for goofing around. Don’t keep sending products that have know flaws/issues. “What will I do with it?” Im pretty thrifty- Probably epoxy some type of home-made end cap on it or use it as a straight edge. Either way, this product is definitely NOT worth it.

Missing end caps so useless for concrete work - replacement also missing end caps
Needed this asap but arrived missing end caps. Should have known based on other reviews. Amazon of course quick to send a replacement but also sent without end caps. Without end caps concrete fills the screed inside. I guess I could tape the ends but that would leave marks my finished concrete. Or I could fill the ends with epoxy perhaps.....sure.....better to call manufacturer directly....so today I contacted Bon Tool.They pledged to send two end caps for this model. Love Amazon except when this happens. Shame shame.

It was a little misleading
Definitely thought this was a solid piece of aluminum. Not hollow!! Also was not straight and dented when arrived. Disappointed

Missing parts
Well, they are consistent! Missing blue end caps. Without them your light weight screet is going to fill with concrete and be a great boat anchor. Box it was shipped in was ok, no damage. Just like everyone elses, MISSING THE END CAP!!Now I get to see how may orders it takes to get a complete set of 2 end caps!!!!
