For several months before purchasing I was initially sceptical, thinking this product was really an expensive novelty. However I finally gave in and purchased one in dark green and I am seriously impressed! The sound is loud and excellent quality with a deep bass. The clicky, mechanical keys are a nice touch and add to the retro feel, but also the quality of the build which overall is outstanding. Creating pixel art on the app is easy as is finding more to download and make sequences that play along to your music. Overall this is a top quality product and easily worth the price tag both in presentation and performance and if the retro cool factor and the pixel art animations appeal then you will definitely love this!

Surprisingly good sound quality given its size, the keys feel very satisfying and once linked up with the app there is a whole host of features as well as pixel animations to access.

Absolutely amazing. The way it came in multiple boxes already impressed me as most tech comes in a thin cardboard box with a bit of wrapping in it, but no, this came with its very own plastic box (which can be used as a display box). It looks like an old computer and I just love it. I love how you can change the colour of the keys through the app which did provide more of an aesthetic with my setup. It’s very easy to use and the speaker is very loud and clear.The screen itself is very bright, and has a good display of colours. There’s so much pixel art you can pick from or even draw yourself if none of the hundreds of thousands of pixel arts doesn’t tickle your fancy. It feels good, feels like it’s very durable and will last. Very highly recommend if you’re considering on buying this.The only negative to this amazing product is the finish. It’s the shiny kind of plastic which will show your finger prints everywhere and hard to clean so I would suggest touching it with a cloth to avoid this. Maybe making a matte version would be nice but not much of an issue.

The media could not be loaded. I LOVE this pixel retro speaker so much! It is the cutest thing ever (and the packaging is adorable too!) and has so many features! The speaker is also AMAZING quality despite it being a tiny device! It can also get super loud or quiet so the range is very convenient. The pixel art options are endless on the app ( amazing app btw works seamlessly). Seriously, there is literally a pixel art design for anything. I wanted Snoopy the dog from Peanuts to appear on the speaker, it did in seconds( see attached image for a picture of it!). The customization options are also literally endless since you can design your own pixel art if you want to. It is so nice because I have it on my desk and it literally brightens my day to see these cute animations. Speaking of brightness, this thing can get bright! The brightness range is incredible and super adjustable. Plus there is a planner feature where you can map out your day according to different animations that will be displayed! I personally use the stopwatch feature a lot for practice tests and it looks so cute, literally makes me so happy. And during breaks, you can be assured that the music quality is going to be perfect. I love the micro SD card feature for playing music because I don't always have my phone on Bluetooth ( to limit distractions) and I can still listen to my favorite songs from anywhere including my desk. When I do use Bluetooth, it never lags or skips which is great because I have had previous speakers that have done that. It is the perfect feature since it has these two ways to play music! Also, I adore the music visualizer feature. There are a few settings built-in but you can take your favorite animation (from the app), and then it will display it based off of the music beats. The charger is a USB-C which is super convenient because all of my other chargers are that too so I don't need to clutter up my space with random chargers! On the topic of charging, battery life is amazing and the charging time is much less than what is stated in the manual. It once lasted for 3 straight days without a charge. I believe the manual said it takes like 4 hours to completely charge. I tested this out and it only took a little over an hour! The games on the speaker are super fun and retro. Even though it is not the main feature, it is nice to have and I will play with it as a break sometimes.This speaker is a must-have as it does everything anyone could ever want. It not only is a speaker but an aesthetic clock (attached an image for reference), a retro pixel game machine, a pixel art display, a planner, a stopwatch, a music visualizer, and so much more! I cannot recommend this retro pixel speaker enough, it is truly exceptional and well-made! I am very impressed and highly recommend!

I dithered over buying one of these for ages. I wanted a retro looking pixel display, just for fun, but the price was a real sticking point. Even at the 40% off I eventually bought it for, it was a really stretch. But honestly I'm delighted with it. The build quality is the first thing you notice. This thing has some real weight to it, and gives off a general air of high quality materials and construction. The screen looks bright, with rich colours, the keys (though rarely used) are mechanical with pleasing RGB lighting options. The sound has some punch and is fine for casual listening. The app is packed with features I never even realised the device had, and plenty to discover & play around with (you can even create music with it). Although I honestly can't recommend it at over £100, if you can pick it up with a good discount, this is a really high quality and delightful plaything, for both adults & children alike.

This Bluetooth speaker is really good. It has a unique design, like a little computer, with some fun features like games, an alarm, and a lot of customization options. The sound is clear and can get pretty loud without losing quality! Had one or two issues at the start with connecting to it as it kept disconnecting for some reason but it worked out in the end!
