Delivered in perfect condition. Although I wouldn't describe it as a cake, it's far too dry for that - more like a bun in texture - it is delicious. It's sweetened with apple juice and not sugar so you can taste the banana and walnuts, and because its sprouted it's much more healthy for you.A slice is nice as an accompaniment for a hot or warm brew to offset its lack of moisture.

I cannot get enough of all these cakes, the ingredients are so healthy and need to be appreciated. It fills a hungry stomach for me, and it is a good sturdy cake which is good as Royal mail made a blunder with this cake delivery but got here safe and sound in the end. I prefer Amazon delivery people to deliver as they do a great job and i have never known a blunder from them. Great cakes i will continue buying these cakes all flavours when available. THANK YOU.
