Love these, I use them to do physical therapy exercises, they glide really well on wood flooring

Cheap enough that it's a no brainer. Very well made, slide nicely on most carpets. For such a low price u can do a bunch of different exercises like hamstring curls, one legged side squats or lunges, abdominal pikes, all kinds if pushups with slide outs or single arm flies between each pushup. Comes with videos that will give u ideas and show you how to use them. Worth the price.

I use these in my leg training. It gives me a multitude of options to maximize my training.

They glide easily on concrete floors and don’t slip from under your feet.

These really help do the job for my workouts. Only problem I had was one of the exercises I had to kneel on the discs and pull my knees forwards and backwards. Well since there is no texture where you place your hands/or feet, or in my case my knees, my knees kept slipping off the discs and I couldn’t do that exercise. Other than that these work well!
