Super-Gold+ Odorless 1oz CA Adhesive Glue

I crashed my Apprentice Styrofoam radio control air plane, broke the 48 inch wing in half the tail body section and landing gear, battery compartment and cracked plastic cowl. I maid repairs with Super-Gold + gap filler and it filled all the crack and broken parts and can hardly see where it broke. This is the very best glue I have ever used in 50 years of flying radio control models. I highly recommend this product. My radio control club member’s highly recommended this product, 5 stars all the way. ;)

This odorless superglue can still be found in most hobby shops. The problem is there's far fewer hobby shops within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex today. There's certainly no shops in the NW part of the Metroplex. You cannot buy or even special order it through Hobby Lobby. That's why I bought it through Amazon. It's the only reliable source for this excellent product that I could find.

This is the one you want. CA has a shelf life so buy what you'll use.

I am not sure if my heading sounds right. I barely got 4 TINY uses out of it before the glue dried up in the bottle. The cap was always sealed on and left in my cupboard in a cool environment. Yet, at the crucial application (repairing my model car), the product failed. It got quite viscous to be unusable. I would not recommend the product.

As far as I know BSI produces this adhesive in the USA. Buying direct from the manufacturer (via Amazon) usually insures a fresh product. Isocyanate (CA) can harden with age so being fresh is important for shelf life.

It is very expensive compared to other adhesives
