Good battery for the price
The battery has two different capacities listed: 85.9 W*h (11.1 V * 7.74 A*h) and 93.2 W*h nominal (11.1 V * 8.4 A-h).A genuine Lenovo 70++ has the following: 83.0 W*h (10.8V * 7.69 A*h) and 93.9 W*h nominal (10.8V * 8.7 A-h).In real world usage I get almost exactly 8:00 of screen-on time with a Thinkpad T420 idling on a fresh Windows 10 install desktop with wifi enabled, screen at 50% brightness, and the battery/performance slider at the 2nd from the left setting. Overall pretty good performance for such a power hungry laptop, even more so when you consider the low cost of this battery.

So Far So Good
Got this for good old Lenovo T430 Think Pad. It came mostly charged and fit perfectly. Only had it for a week or so. Let it charge up fully for a few days then discharged it close to empty. and recharged it completely. I will do this a couple more times as I'm told this will extend it's life. Seems to be a very good replacement for my trusty old laptop. For the price I'm thinking it's a win. I will update as i use this battery.

Compatible and works with Lenovo W530
I have bought 3-4 different replacement batteries but none works with my old Lenovo W530 laptop. I got system error messages like "battery not recognized...", "plugged in but not charged....", etc...I searched and stumbled upon this item and read through the reviews and noticed that some previous buyer(s) confirmed that it works with a W530 laptop so I gave it a try. The battery was shipped quick in a generic package and looked well built at first glance. I plugged it in and was pleasantly surprised that my W530 laptop did not reject it like the others. The battery gauge displays about ~55% left and started charging immediately - the Lenovo battery power management utility also shows that it uses Sanyo cells, was manufactured on Dec-2019 (10 months ago so quite recent) but the first plug-in date was in 2013 which a bit odd. I'd guess that these info would come from the chip used inside the battery to make it compatible with Lenovo firmware interface so I'd just take it with a grain of salt.Overall, I am happy with the purchase as unlike other 3rd party replacements, this one performs just as expected with my old W530. I am going to let it fully charged then unplug to let it discharged a few cycle times to condition and extend the life of the battery. Time will tell about its longevity but I'd be glad if it can last a couple years or more and if so, it would constitute an excellent replacement option in term of quality/price...

Battery life not as good as advertised. But Customer Service is SUPERB!
Battery life is decent enough, but only lasts maybe 5.5 to 6 hours. Nowhere even near the 8-10 hour mark.HOWEVER, the customer service has been outstanding! They contacted me afterwards and offered me an extremely satisfying solution. I HIGHLY recommend this seller. Enjoy their outstanding customer service.

9.5 hours on Linux using Sanyo cells
So what's not to love about this? If you have a 420/430 or other machine that uses a 70++ battery, you really can't go wrong with this. It could be hacked firmware identifying the cells as Sanyos, but I'm getting a 9 hour readout on my dual core 420 sitting idle. So I'm not too worried. With VLC and Libreoffice running it goes down to 8 hours. I'll be buying a few more once I run a few cycles through it, this is a great value!
