I'm giving this 4 stars because I know it works. I suspected I'm now allergic to bees and one spray of this confirmed it. I had hives and rashes all over. That's my fault for not following my own instinct!It's a good product - just not for people who are allergic to bees.

If you’re looking for the flavor of honey you will be disappointed but if you’re having some type of throat discomfort then this is your spray it works almost immediately and the spray nozzle has a strong full stream that goes directly where you spray it so AWESOME my daughter and I are singers and this works great I will be buying again

The health benefits of this item is top-notch, and we love all of the ingredients! Only problem I have is the packaging is glass so if you drop it, it will shatter everywhere.

This is absolutely disgusting. I'm so upset I can't even return it! My son takes meds and things just fine, but this he started crying and gagging and threw up because of it! I tried it and omg it is absolutely nasty ! I the away almost 15 bucks and can't even return it. I'm not happy. Do not waste your money. Not worth it.

The taste of mint is so over powering. It's almost like a breath spray. I can't get passed the mint to keep trying to see if it works

My grandsons don't like the taste but they use it because of the relief they get. My daughter loves anything that healthy and natual.. so this is perfect for her.
