This set once put together is very nice. I had some trouble putting it together. Some of the holes did not line up. They sent me everything to fix it right away. I was very pleased with their customer service. I’m very happy with the final product.

Love this furniture! It is a lot more comfortable and sturdy than I expected for the price. It was pretty easy to assemble with two people, it would be a bit tricky for one person to assemble. I was surprised that the glass table top was black but it looks very nice

The chairs have to be my biggest complaint. Assembling them took hours!!! Not one of the holes for the screws was where it should have been. Tip: Don't waste your time trying to use the allan wrench included. It just makes it more difficult to get it to stay together. I finally asked my husband to take over and he used his trusty ole electric screwdriver. Once they were together they all do not sit evenly on the ground bevause of all the messing around you had to do with getting the holes to line up. Very disappointed, had i not already had all the chairs together i probably would have sent it back! The table was a little easier to put together, but again it wobbles. Looks like i am stuck with a poorly made, unstable patio set. I would not recommend this product even if your looking for a cheaper set, it was not worth the savings.

I purchased this set around Christmas 2023 when it went on sale. Don't get me wrong, I got a GREAT deal on it, and the table and chairs look really good and the chairs are comfortable. There were two areas where the lacing was broken, some of the screws and washers were missing because the bag broke open in shipping, beside that everything else was in tact and appeared to be good. BUT, I've done everything from working on my own cars, building my own guitars and amps and I'm pretty mechanically inclined. If you purchase this set, make SURE you go to the hardware store and get a Metric Hex Head screw driver otherwise it will take forever to assemble this thing with the little allen wrench they send with it. Fortunately, I had a complete set, but the issue becomes putting the chairs together. Its WAY easier if you have someone that can hold the bottom and the back together while to put the screws in. I finally got tired of sitting on the floor and started to assemble it on a table, plus I figured that once I got the chair assembled (DO NOT TIGHTEN the screws yet) I cold also level the legs at the same time and make things a LOT easier than sitting on the floor. In order to get the legs level, I actually had to sit in the chair to get all the legs to touch the floor and not rocker on two opposing legs. So, just be warned that getting the chairs assembled correctly may take some time. The table went together very easily.

I love it. In fact, I really love it. It matches my wicker gas fire pit I got earlier this season.I have a 12 foot market umbrella and it fits in the center table hole very well. What’s nice is it was drizzling when I was having dinner, and the market umbrella was large enough and the table is small enough to have kept me out of the rain and our food.I was concerned that the table may be too small, but it is not. It’s a four top it’s a typical restaurant 4 top. Even with the umbrella in, there’s plenty of table space.Assembly was not difficult at all. The key thing to remember when assembling, as others have mentioned, is to set the bolts in place as you assemble but do not tighten them until all of your bolts are in the piece. Then you can tighten it. This will save you time. Assembly took about an hour. From unboxing and unwrapping to completed.We used a power drill with an allen wrench head.

Tried to do this wife the wife and we got nowhere. Hired 2 guys who took 2 hours and all they could finish were the chairs, I had to,put table together myself. They said it was the hardest job they had ever done. It is nice and comfy and looks good but what a nightmare to put together

We decided on your product because of the space limitations of our deck. The 5-piece Table & Chair Set & the 4-Piece Sofa & Chair Conversation Set Fit Perfectly. The table and Chair set arrived no instructions were included and a part was damaged. I contacted the Wisteria Lane customer service dept. thru email. Within a very short time Customer service representative "Lillian" returned an e-mail with the instructions/parts manual and instructions on defective part replacement. After a few emails back & forth because the defective part # I was trying to get replaced didn't mach the actual product. Lillian was very determined to make sure I would receive the right part. Once right part was assured an email was sent to me verifying the tracking # and the day it should arrive. That same day of the email I received a phone call from Angie from Wisteria Lane customer service verifying everything was correct and told me if i did not receive the replacement part by a certain date to call her back. We love the matching furniture and dinning table set and would recommend Wisteria Lane to anyone especially their customer service dept. for taking the extra time to make sure I was 100% satisfied
