It wouldn't be practical to carve this slice of metal out of a slab of steel, but it's not a weak sheet steel either. The bevel is ground down from the sheet. It's pretty high quality.

You're absolutely right about that. We've seen "Heavy Duty" it thrown around in reference to steel under 1mm thick. The steel in the MK21680 is 1.8mm thick.

SMASH BURGERS!!!!!
