Absolutely in this price segment it is a good product, But you need to set proper settings to feel dolby audio.My setup info:1) I bought amazon basics 16 gage wire for all speakers & surround speakers mounts.2) you need to tilt your both surround speaker to your side then only you will listen very small & accurate sounds on surround speakers.3)use only surround decode mode to get get dolby audio other wise you will get dailogs & other sounds from all the speakers this will upset you4)Upgrade to active sub woofer. You can use existing passive subwoofer in your carNote: if you need home theatre you need to reasearch about sound systems.My suggestion go to bose showroom ask them to play musin or movie sceens you will understand exact how dolby works.For this type of brands you need to setup proper settings then only you will feel exact dolby atmos sounds.

I have purchased this product on July 24th on prime days sale and it's me cost 29k after using icici CC For 30k segment it gives good performance more than that cost you have to look for another product 😁... Coming Av receiver performance it's quite decent performance and 5.1 channel speaker also provide good quality sound I have mounted to the wall. It's feels like a mini theater room and separation of sound done by av receiver was decent. SomeCons I have noticed that1. No cooing fan is installed in av receiver2. Connecting wire from speakers to AV you have done a mini war 😬.3. for beginners it's very complicate to understand the thing for setting of AV recover.4 . after spending 29k they don't even provide wall mount brackets to speaker and hdmi cable. Again its cost ₹1500. If these cons don't bother you then happily you can buy it.🤗

The media could not be loaded. Bad experience from yamaha we are purchasing a brand which is very expensive and after that we are not even getting there service very bad poor experience from yamha as they are not giving installation and not providing any services to the customer worth of money not happy from purchasing yamha

After my long review finally purchased this product. My feedbacks are below.>> Quality of sound really amazing>> Many setting available good for movie lovers (Mainly) and music also.>> Connections are easy.>> Additional information, This product come along passive subwoofer, so we can add a separate sub woofer (Active) for additionally than it will come with 5.2 channels.>> some features are missing like Bluetooth and WIFI/LAN .

High quality sound sound output, a very good packaging of the additional speaker system for home theater effects, I bought it at @26990.At the beginning I wasn't happy with the quality of sound output and had planned to return the product, however, with the required tuning of the system, it became an absolute marvel. That's when I discovered that only for listening to music, the 2.1 channel should be used, for getting an optimum quality sound output (good base and treble). For movies and videos, the 5.1 channel or other hall/theatre sound modes are required, am happy to feel theatre effects in home. Hope Yamaha could have provided a mic socket in the sound system for plugging a mic for singing, however I have overcome this by attaching a separate karaoke mixer device to the aux-in port. I have also attached a Bluetooth AV receiver device to the system's aux-in, to use it wirelessly. Everything is going so well now and am extremely happy with the purchase.No regrets that, I could have gone for the Sony ht iv-300, wich comes at a lesser price than Yamaha yht-1840.

Product is working well, bass is very low, need to connect active subwoofer for significant changes in bass. Bluetooth and usb is missing, overall good deal....After connecting Yamaha active 300 watts sub. It's just fantastic...

Here is my view after a year of usageSurround - 9/10Bass - 6/10 (you can add active subwoofer) this mark is for the passive subwoofer the passive subwoofer is also good to get 10 marks. but you have to set it up in right place with all the tweaking. Better get a active subwoofer or build one 8/10 inch DIY subwoofer will cost around 7k to 10k build. So not a big thing to complaint. Low marks only for the headache of setupFeatures - 8/10Input and output ports - 9/10Quality - 10/10I have played 7.1 atmos/dts x through my bluray player even that too is playing. For me it does the job and it is more satisfying. Compared to audio songs experience. movie experience is extraordinary. You will be immersed into the movie. Jus go for it if you are looking for a proper 5.1 setup. I stopped going to theatre after this setup. I see that price has been hiked a lot. Better wait for the saleNote : there is a dynamic wattage support for only front left and right channels that will go to 150w max with 6/4/2ohms for adding tower speakers rest all channels are 6ohms 100w. supports dolby vision as well as HDR
