Great product and easy to adjust.
Easy to use. Fit can be adjusted from loose to tight with the strong velcro fastening. I wasn’t sure what size to get I went for XL. I am usually a 40” waist and this fits great.

Velcro dosnt stick comes of when using and dosnt fit according to sizes provided

Not has good as the buckled belts
If you’re using heavy weights, the buckled belts are much safer and secure. Sometime these Velcro belts can spring loose under pressure. I’ve been weight training for 45 years and have used this type of belt on and off for about the last 15 years. The buckled belt for heavy and the Velcro if you’re really need them, for the lighter weights.

Helps to support the back
This is a good weightlifting belt which is designed to support your back and help prevent gym injuries. It’s adjustable via Velcro straps. It’s well made and sturdy. Good price for a quality brand.
