Been using it for a few months now. It heats up quickly and it doesn't cool down as fast as regular hot water bags. The package it was delivered in wasn't upto to par, but other than that it's a good product, worth the money.

I gift to my friend. So I don't know Full details. But my friend telling very useful product.

It's a real pain reliever. Just plug it in for a couple of minutes and then put it to use to get instant relief.

1. The first product received didn't even heat up. It did have the gel inside, I could feel it, but maybe the cord connection was not good. The red LED was glowing to indicate the heating, but the gel didn't heat up.2. I exchanged it and received a Black colored product. I am mentioning the color as I saw in another review that the black colored one burst while heating. So this product came leaking in the packaging itself. It was all wet. This product was heating properly, but after around 5 minutes or so, the bag just became a balloon and I quickly switched it off, otherwise it would have burst as well.And after heating, the bag started leaking the water/gel inside.I really don't know how many times I have to exchange this product. I will be returning the recent one (the black one) I received.

It is an excellent and extremely useful product . Gives a relief in pain ☺️Fully satisfied

I like a lot.. Its very useful and save water,gas,electricity .. Under 5-7 its become too hot until log times.. :)
