What is the shelf life of the red wine vinegar, open and unopened?

I bought mine 2-3 months ago. The best by date is 11/17/22. But should be good longer, even opened. It’s organic vinegar, last a long time.

How long and how was this vinegar aged you mention a 100 year old process?

Our process is based on a 100-year-old fermentation process. Our Vinegar is aged in Oak barrels for over 6 months.

Does this product have sulfites?

I’m pretty sure there are no added sulfites. I don’t know if any occurs naturally in ACV.
