My friend recommended this to me and I made a try wit no hope it would help. To my surprise, it did work and my current situation improved a lot. Not sure whether it is from this product, so be cautious when you try it. It may not work for everyone.

Don’t wait until you are old to start taking this for your prostate. Better start before your mid-40s unless you want trouble later. Been taking this for a long time - I’m 76 with no prostate problems - I think it works.

Great ingredients have been helpful

I'm a 61-year-old man. I had been getting up 3x a night so my doctor gave me a prescription, but that sapped me of all energy and almost made me pass out. I tried saw palmetto with limited success. This is saw palmetto plus other ingredients and the combination works well. At most I get up once a night and many nights, I am able to sleep the whole night. Works for me!Update as of 2/23/2013. I've been on this a for several months now and most nights I am able to sleep through the night. Normal urine flow is much improved, not quite like a 16 year old, but far better than it was before I started taking this.As an aside,I accidentally ordered Now Prostate "Health" instead of "Support." It also works very well, but I discovered that it contains vitamin D3 and since I am already on a vitamin D3 supplement, I've gone back to "Support."

This is a great supplement.

Before starting these, my husband was getting up numerous times a night to urinate. Since we are halfway through the bottle, he has decreased dramatically the number of times he gets up at night. Easy to swallow, seem to be effective so I'd say good quality, ingredients were just what I was looking for to fix his problem. His sleep quality has improved 100%! No stomach issues with these. We are both using these gor urinary urgency too and they seem to be helping both of us with no side effects.

Product was delivered fine, it was a cool day out, only 50 degrees f and the delivery was brought in doors shortly after delivery. The following morning I opened the product and found that I couldn't pour out the gelcap contents which appeared to be stuck together. I proceeded to try to dislodge a few of the caps but they were well fused together and busted one of the three I was able to extract. Had it not been that the entire contents of the container was a large mass of fused gelcaps that otherwise couldn't be removed even with a bit of shaking or trying loosen up the gelcaps, the only possible remedy would have been cutting open the container if possible without further damaging the product. It would appear at some point the container was subjected to excessive heat making all the contents stick together. Unfortunate as I was looking forward to trying the product. Amazon customer support was accommodating and provided an immediate credit/refund and I'd give them 5 stars... This product however, I'd give it Zero stars if I could.
