Great bit of kit
We use this as a shower in an off grid cabin. It's mounted outside with the bottle & the shower head inside the cabin. You need to make sure it's sited correctly (eg so the wind can't blow out the flame), but other than that it's "plug and play"; as long as your batteries are good, it fires straight up. Good adjustments, you can get the water very hot, quite quickly. Good adjustment on the shower head too.Easy to take down for the winter if you want to.Comes with a comprehensive set of instructions & great back up.

Customer Service Above and Beyond
After some doubtful operation of the shower unit for several months I was obliged to make my concerns known to the supplier. What an amazing customer service/support team they have. I was blown away by the actions and effort they went to to ensure that my problem was solved. Within a couple of weeks I now have a well functioning efficient shower unit which is in daily use to wash the ever present Dorset mud off my two Labradors who seem to revel in the muddiest of puddles and fields. Life is so much easier (and drier for me) now that I don't have to wrestle with them whilst trying to wash them down with the garden hosepipe. Now. even the most reluctant of the pair is happy to bask in the warmth of the shower water. Customer service EXCELLENT.

Off grid hot water
We have been using this for a week now to wash the dogs when they come back from a run in the fields. It is so much better than ancient unreliable portable hot horse shower and the dogs appreciate the warm water. It was straightforward to fit although I added two additional fixings to bottom of the unit so that it won’t get knocked or blown off the wall. I did debate fitting a dedicated cold water tap but it works fine with a hose to an existing tap which is inside the outbuilding. This would be an easy upgrade in the future.I have included a photo of the set up which shows I have connected the heater to a 13kg Calor Patio Gas canister. This fitted straight onto the supplied regulator without an issue. The photo also shows that I have replaced the short red shower hose with a 3m white one which I sourced from Amazon. Rather than cut the replacement hose I connected it directly to the outlet pipe and removed the supplied “snap lock” fitting from the circuit. This is working well i.e. no leaks from either end. I have kept the supplied shower head as this has a button to switch the flow on and off which is very useful. The unit is on the outside of an out building and I have noticed on wind days the gas can blowout. To reignite you have to switch the flow off and restart. My experience is that you need to be patient and let water heat up and once the temperature is stable it will keep alight even in a strong wind.By trial and error I have worked out the right water and gas flow to hold a constant water temperature of 37 degrees centigrade. This is roughly water at full flow gas almost at minimum. Finally, if you are concerned about the potential for frost damage I can confirm that it is easy to drain the unit after use using the easily accessible sprocket.Overall verdict. Great upgrade, plenty of hot water, holds a steady temperature, easy to fit, however supplied shower hose is too short and leaks at shower head, but is easy to replace. Would highly recommend if you have 3 muddy dogs who need daily showers.

Shower works well but let down by cheap plastic fittings.
I bought this to wash my horses. The shower works really well - lots of warm water ( hot if you need it to be) and a really good flow rate.My biggest gripe is that the shower hose could do with being two or maybe even three times longer to be practical when washing horsesThe cheap water connections leaked all over the shop but replacements are easy to fit an inexpensive.Overall, I’m pleased with it

Dog cleaning shower
Excellent product, far better than I imagined. Plenty warm water to clean 3 muddy dogs without having to carry buckets. Perfect for Scottish weather. Easy to install, easy to use.

It's fine if you like cold showers.
After going to all the effort of setting the whole thing up the first thing that happened was that water poured out from a leaking internal joint. Having fixed that problem, the unit initially worked fine. The following day when trying it out for the first time it failed to fire up and just ran cold. Looking at the troubleshooting page it was thought that perhaps the batteries weren't up to the job so they were replaced. At the first attempt it again failed to fire up but, on the second, try it ran hot. This unfortunately only happened once as on numerous occasions over the next two day it was tried and failed to fire up on each and every occasion.I've given it one star because I'm sure there are some folk out there that enjoy a cold shower - it's a real shame that I don't happen to be one of them.

Great shower and really good customer service
Purchased the 10ltr shower for temporary accommodation during house renovation. Simple to control, lovely hot showers, great pressure and even a choice of sprays. No regrets.Build quality 4.5 but excellent customer services bumps it up to 5 stars. Well made piece of kit, with the exception of a few (easily replaceable) parts. The shower head bracket is a flimsy white plastic bracket, with rough edges and (curiously) in the shape of a heart. At odds with the quality and design of shower head, which though plastic feels very solid. And the shower hose and fixings could also do with being a little more robust. After just a couple of weeks the shower hose burst open at the shower head end. Contacted the seller and couldn’t have been happier with the service. No replacement parts in stock for a month so they recommended I purchase a standard shower hose as a replacement part and they would cover the cost (which they did very promptly). Bristan hose, low pressure, cone to nut fittings is a perfect solution and it eliminates the slightly light-weight ‘hozelock’ style fitting that the original hose had. Couldn’t have been easier dealing with the supplier and getting a resolution to the issue. Would recommend the product and supplier.
