CutRite Slit N' Sew Drunkard's Path 8 Inch Finished Quilting Template

This works like a charm. It sped up the cutting out so much. When sewing the pieces together it was so easy and accurate. I highly recommend this template. Very sturdy and I will use it over and over.

I really don't use templates much. I like to be able to just cut a bunch of layers quickly with the rotary cutter and get busy sewing. So cutting around templates, and especially cutting the little slits, is a pain in the rear. However, having said that, it does make it easy to sew the curves accurately. The blocks are turning out accurate and smooth. No pinning. For what it's worth, I cut a 9" strip and then alternate, first the quarter circle, and then the concave piece. There is very little waste.Someone in one of the reviews for some of these templates (I forget which size) complained about the size of the circle if you try to use it to make a full circle. The size of the drunkard's path block is 8" finished. The size of the circle would be about 12" finished, I think. Just saying. The template size does NOT reference the full circle but the block with a quarter circle.

I found these templates to be of very good quality. I cut a sample block the day they arrived and found it accurate and easy to use. I have also cut an entire quilt in a short amount of time.

Made 2 quilts with these and love them. Ready to try another design with them

Didn’t like that it showed up broken but I was able to glue it back together.

This is so easy to use has great instructions, I used this to make my 4th quilt, it only took me one week to complete the quilt top! It is a great producr!

Following the instruction from Donna Jordan of jordanfabrics.com this templet made creating the pictured quilt a breeze. If you are a quilter then owning and using these kind of sturdy templets are a must.
