The Mindfulness Coloring Book: Relaxing, Anti-Stress Nature Patterns and Soothing Designs: 1 Paperback – Coloring Book, 2 Jun. 2015

I bought this to put into a gift basket for a friend and she loved it. The price of this coloring book is a good deal and much cheaper than in many other retail shops where I've see it sold. The pictures within the book are very detailed so this is great for adults and allows you to color as much or as little as you like and then move on when you want to start another page. The book is on the smaller size so would easily fit in a handbag or computer bag. I would recommend this to others (young or old) who enjoy coloring.

This is a very small book

Bit disappointed with the drawings which have to be coloured in. I have discovered subsequently what I would call more stimulating drawings....but I bought this after a friend recommended it on Facebook so it was a punt.
