Cheap quality protein source
Good cheap quality protein source! Nice alternative to using powders and supplements all the time. Label says use with 3-4 days of opening but mine tasted and smelt fine almost two weeks later in fridge. Work well for pancakes obviously you can drink straight from bottle if you don't mind the taste of eggs to beef up your protein numbers.10g of protein for under 55cals is good marcos.

better than eggs
i used to have regular eggs every morning. then my cholesterol zoomed. egg whites taste exatly like whole eggs but have zero cholesterol! i have them scrambled, fried, made into omelettes--delish. highly recommend.
