Easy to install!
The disk drive is great, I just pushed it in and was all set to go! I have already played hours of games and have had no issues at all. It works promptly, has no lag issues and I am really happy!

I opened it, put it in, pulled on the ribbon, and the ribbon broke. Barely did anything.

NOT 250GB! 228gb, and loud!
This hard drive is much louder than the Xbox stock ones. That does concern me a little. It is only 228gb. I would overlook a small difference in advertised storage but honestly nearly 25gb difference is a little outrageous.

Needs instructions
Need to put instructions on how to install. I am not a gamer and we just got a xbox. All we have had before was a Wii. I received this and had no clue how to install it and there wasnt instructions.
