Outstanding

The mug is nice but the capacity (if filled to a safe level so a bit lower than the rim) is around 9oz, 10oz if you really push it. The 12oz is only if filled to the very rim, which no one could/should safely do for hot drinks in what is advertised as a travel mug.The Monsoon model is different from the individual photo (much more red at the top) - the photo with all models is more accurate..It would have been a very nice mug for the office if it had the advertised capacity in a practical way. Unfortunately I have to return it.

As advertised, only better. Good value for money

Only complaint is the silicone lid starting to split after fewer than 10 uses, with careful use and cleaning (hand washing, no dishwasher). As the photos show, the hole in the lid to sip from is already breaking on one side, so the mug will get more prone to leaks. The ceramic mug itself is lovely, and I enjoyed taking it out on the go for an evening walk with a hot tea, or having it handy in my bag for takeout hot drinks, but with the lid going it won't be much good at all as a travel mug soon. Other than that, the lid fits well and doesn't leak unless the liquid inside is sloshed out of the hole. It's not built for major heat retention because it's just a ceramic mug, so I wasn't expecting this. It holds heat as well as any normal mug would with a lid on top of it.
