Self adherent even in the shower. Keeps dressings in place without tape. Be careful not to over-tighten to avoid causing swelling or pain. If unsoiled from wound secretions can be reused once.

Does not work as it should
This product is supposed to be a self-adherent bandage, one that sticks to itself after it is wrapped around the area of the body it needs to cover. Well, it isn't, or at least the batch I got was not. My doctor gave me a courtesy roll and told me to get more for after that one ran out. His roll, which DOES adhere properly, is made in Germany. The batch I got from Amazon that doesn't stick is made in the USA. A lot of reviewers say the ones they got worked but my batch did not.
