Amazing flavor!
WOW! For true Italian dishes you must have these tomatoes. These are the true Marzano tomatoes, all others are impostors.

Very good
I used this to make linguine arrabbiata and could not be happier. It was immediately clear upon first opening the can that this was extremely high quality tomatoes, perfect for red sauce. I have some other DOP tomatoes and it almost makes me sad because I'm going to have to eat those at some point as well lol. These tomatoes have a very rich taste, I used about 4 of them with some of the puree along with two tablespoons of Frantoi Cutrera Primo Double extra virgin olive oil and it was some of the best pasta I've made yet. Looking forward to making more with these tomatoes and will definitely be ordering more. The quality of the tomatoes make me quite curious about the olive oil they offer actually along with DOP linguine which is extremely tempting for me! About to be ordering a lot from Gustiamo...

Delicious
I took a chance and ordered these DOP San Marzano tomatoes from Gustarosso Dani Coop, a small farm co-op in Campania, Italy. I wanted cans smaller that the normal 28 oz size because I'm just cooking for two. They have the smaller cans.I'm glad I took the chance. My first recipe was a simple 4 ingredient marinara sauce - the tomatoes, olive oil, diced onion and garlic. I wanted a sauce where the tomatoes were the star. It was delicious. The sauce came out a beautiful red, it had great body and did not separate on the plate into thick paste on the pasta and a thin watery liquid on the bottom of the pasta as can happen with tomatoes not suited for sauce. It held up well. The sauce was delicious.Oh, to love small businesses like a local farm co-op. Not only did they carefully wrap each can individually to help make sure none were dented in transit they included a personalized, entirely hand written thank you card for my order. That's the "above and beyond" that gets repeat business. Thank you Gustarosso Dani Coop.

The King of Tomatoes
Last year I discovered the wonders of San Marzano tomatoes after finding seedlings at the local garden center. They flourished and were awesome when baked in our favorite tomato sauces. I planted them again this year but we were beset with the fiercest heatwave all of July, preventing our toms from setting well. We just have a few not so robust ones. It is autumn, and blessedly cooler, yet we have no San Marzano's to add to our higher taste expectations! Gustiamo to the rescue, with these canned (yes! even canned they are wonderful!) San Marzano's. They are the perfect addition to a beef stew I make, adding that prefect flavor. I was also impressed with how well packed they were, these cans of San Marzano's, not break the bank territory but perfect, non-dented cans arrive in a timely manner, in green packaging too, lending an air of great respect for all the effort involved in growing, harvesting and canning these wonders of nature. 'Much appreciated Gustiamo!
